Learn how to best support your daughter through a health and fitness journey, by joining her along the way. Help her to navigate her changing body through body awareness and empowering her mental health.
OUTCOMES:

The Daughter Wellbeing Program will allow teenage girls to:
Develop a deep and healthy connection with themselves.
Learn how to trust and feel safe in her body.
Develop practices to support mental health and reduce stress/anxiety
Create awareness around her cycle and to harness the feminine power with food and exercise.
Create a visions of the young female they want to be.

What does this look like?

An initial first consultation to determine personalized fitness needs and to get to know each other.

6 weeks of private (60 min sessions) to develop proper movement patterns, mobility and awareness.
